How to train Your Spirit?
Well what is your spirit?
Feed your body so that it grows, plateaus, then to sustain
You feed your brain enough knowledge, instruction, facts to move your body
Your subconscious is your young spirit hard at work
It’s the thing to be the checks and balance
If you’re mental is perceiving danger, it’s your spirit to discern how to respond
All of your senses are important
Otherwise you would not have it
All of your senses receive information from the world, but your brain receives the signal different for every sense
- Your brain literally sees the world upside down. Your spirit flips it right side up
- Your brain is literally receiving two camera signals from each of your eyeballs, your spirit joins it together to one image
- Your brain literally sees your nose every second of every day, your spirit ignores it. It takes it for granted for being there
- Your ears are just cones. Sound waves are literally drums in your ears that rattle a bone for you to hear
The body automatically responds based off of mental signals
You need to untether your spirit from your mental
Feed the spirit to grow it
The mental and the physical have limitations and eventually pass away
The spirit is vast and everlasting
How to destroy a spirit
Distort reality
How to see it
Working out. See slow growth.
Marketing. Slow growth

Follow it
Understand how it moves
Move with it
Surrender to it
Is that all?

No
The Lord is vast
The Lord is beyond our understanding
You only connected your mind to one instrument
It was on beat
But not The Beat / spirit of the song
If that instrument were gone
None of the others will do what it did
Remember your goal
Seek the beat/spirit of the song
There are clues in the song
The other instruments are also on beat
Stay on His beat
His pace
Even if all of the instruments are silent
Anticipate His return

Look for the beat tapping
Seek Him in people

Love her for trying her best to raise us to be righteous
Enduring. She didn’t have too much time to have a breakdown
Fighter. She was lost but kept going
Way maker. Even when she felt there wasn’t a way, she found one
