While singing
While driving
While keeping eyes on God

Realizing tension is a necessity in life
Self help is an oxymoron
We cannot help ourself
That is just called
doing what we are doing
If there is no tension
You flow that direction
To help is to have something not of the self influence the self
God is the Good helper
To provide Good tension
To stay expectant
Yet not strain
..Run yet not grow weary.. (ISA 40:31)
..Walk yet not faint.. (ISA 40:31)

At 0525 while brushing moisturizing
God graced me with the knowledge to not use so much jojoba in hair before bed
Otherwise it will be itchy and flaky in the middle of the night
I noticed sleep
I took it captive
Suppressed it

Where Jesus tells His disciples to "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak"Control the flesh
Sleep is just the flesh
Respect it as it is needed in this world
Pay to Cesar what is Cesar
But the law of sleep is under the authority of God

Do not allow sleep to reveal itself
