  • This is it

    20251030

    After shedding a weighty layer

On the train to teach GPS101 to mom

    Quick chat with Rick

Usually so concerned about an irregular heart beat

    Why the concern

He takes serious the time that God has given him here on this Earth

Balance the fear of seeing God face to face?

Learn as much about God as possible now

    Through His creation and spirit

    Because anything we can imagine

He will be painfully more vast

    Your mind will be overwhelmed

If you do not prepare yourself as much as possible

    Now

    This is our only chance

    Before we come to God

    Face to face

    Psalm 2:11, Isaiah 66:2, PHIL 2:12…🔗

  • Shedding layers

    20251030

    So funny to shed layers

So excited for joy in the morning

    Got up at 4:45

    Gummied, inhale, brush, squat, moisturized

    Invited God into everything

Kavitka gave an example to use the restroom

What does it mean to actually do it?

For me I used to have to schedule it in

I invite as consultation if I have time to fit it in

    Oops forgot my house slippers

    Why do I need them?

I only need to keep clean before bed

The “rest of the time” does not matter

Before I wash again before bed

I can shed that layer of anxiety

  • Sun exposure

    20251029

    Random tinkering around the house

Decided to come into the house to pay respects to my worldly money master

It was also getting hot outside anyway

I know the UV index is the worst at noon anyway

Well it was not noon nor the highest height in the sky

Wonder what the recommended “stay out of sun because UV index is high” time is

    What is considered high?

    Is noon always the highest?

Are other seasons of the year higher?

Does my location matter relative to the equator?

The highest point possible is a useful reference

How about using the equinox as the starting point

General recommendation is two hours on each side of it

So 4/12 or 1/3 of the day is recommended to stay shaded from the sun

    • Google says for Ventura –
      • The max altitude during summer ~79.5°
      • Average altitude during equinox ~56°
      • Randomly choosing 20%… 🔗
