    After realizing my first love

    I was modifying my custom watch band

    Added it to my gratitude log..

    I made it the same size as my last one

    Did not fit perfect

    But good enough and was only a minor hindrance

    Marks on my wrist from band after taking off

    Remind me that I am in unnecessary discomfort… 🔗

    A couple of minor swirls down the negative drain

    After catching a god wink… 🔗

    About to get up for the restroom from bed

    Took a sip of water

    Looked at the bag of mixed nuts

    Am I hungry or do I want to munch?

    I start to snack on it

    Put my head back as I was chewing

    No, no

    No to being lazy while discerning to eat

    If it is not serious enough to sit up to eat

    It is not serious to do at all

    That is the ongoing mission comfort statement

    Understand how it moves

    Move with it

    Surrender to it

    The Lord is beyond our understanding
