  • Life beat syncing…

    Morning, walk on cloud 7

When I ran my marathon, I eventually came to the realizations that a certain heart rate is associated improvement and growth

Therefore, they must be a heart rate for normal relaxed

Just like curing an addiction is reprogramming the body response to mental stimuli

If you intentionally move your body, despite your brain signals. Your heart rate will have to follow suit

I did tai chi on beat(ish). Realized if there was a constant beat it matches each breathe. Duh tai chi. Oh to each movement.

    Oh it’s just a dance!

    Keep with the beat.

    Too hard?

We’ll start with a slow worship song of Acapella (representing synchronizing the brain tribute in the right state because it is a voice only in rhythm

Add in very subtle constant base

Mix in slightly faster pace song

Maybe change movement/dance every 4 bars

Allows room for grace of missing the first beat

Better to have a song you don’t know

Can only listen and focus on beat

If you are singing and don’t know the lyrics…

    Pause singing

    And listen

God is probably trying to tell you something that you are mumbling over him

    Glory to God

His Mercy is everywhere and endless

If a song speeds up, it is still in beat

    Constant

Every opportunity to move toward the delta

Is an invitation to join what is good for you

    If you are too early

    You will wait longer

But you have longer to be prepared for the next opportunity

    If you are too late

You’ll get to the next opportunity faster

You need to be prepared in a short amount of time

    No time to wallow

Allowed to play all you want between or even sometimes on beat

As long as you come back to The Beat

    What is idolatry?

    ChatGPT created a test:

    4 Tests for Idolatry

    1. The Love Test – What do I love most?

Matthew 22:37: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind.”

Ask: If I lost this thing/person/goal, would I feel like life has no meaning?

If so, it may have taken God’s place in your heart.

    2. The Trust Test – What do I rely on most?

Proverbs 3:5: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”

Ask: Where do I run first for security — God, or money/relationships/career/etc.?

    3. The Obedience Test – Who or what do I serve first?

Matthew 6:24: “No one can serve two masters…”

Ask: What drives my decisions — God’s will, or the demands of work, culture, or desire?

    4. The Sacrifice Test – What gets my best time, energy, and resources?

Romans 12:1: “Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.”

Ask: Do I give God my leftovers while pouring my best into something else?

Romans 12:1 is a great verse to use your body to worship
