Moving forward to church after moving backwards
As I put my water bottle in the car
I thought to myself
So not leave home an empty water bottle!
Why is that?
I am not concerned about carrying water bottle around with me traveling from room to room at home
This is different cuz you are not at home
But I am going home to Mission Church
Where I know it is safe
They will have water for me to drink

After chipping away the shackle of anxiety
I was brushing my teeth with my leg elevated
I was walking backwards as if I were upside down
What if I could go backwards enough to reverse the injury (aka speed up the healing)
