Realizing tension is a necessity in life
Self help is an oxymoron
We cannot help ourself
That is just called
doing what we are doing
If there is no tension
You flow that direction
To help is to have something not of the self influence the self
God is the Good helper
To provide Good tension
To stay expectant
Yet not strain
