    From my perspective.
    Training at the Gym is physical (fleshly) preparation for physical work like a fire fighter

    Training at school is mental preparation for mental decision making like a pharmacist

    Training at church is spiritual preparation for heart work for compassionate relationships like being a disciple of Jesus.

    The first two are necessary to sustain the worldly body. However, seek first the kingdom and His righteousness of the third and all these things will be added to you.

    Question remains: where is one area you can trade your valuable commodities (your time & energy) from worldly work to spiritual work?

    Texting with Ashnic after watching The Chosen S3E3 for homework tomorrow

    Praise the Lord for some refuge in the ashes. I just watched s3e3 for the homework tomorrow. It coincidentally is on grieving. One of the scenes that stuck out to me was at the end when mother Mary was blessed with the memory of Joseph passing down the bit and bridle. We are so blessed to be able to store up fond memories that bring us spiritual fruit of peace and joy.

    Praying for favor for Marley tomorrow and peace for you sis. Love you

    I sent screenshot to BFlyMary and said

    Store up treasures in heaven….the heaven in your head. The spiritual fruit that was bitten was written all over her face when mother Mary recalled that memory.

    Awoke late today at 5:30

    Driving back from a fun day of volleyball

    Despite winning 1-4 and not playing great

    I did better than the day prior

    When I learned I cannot be M(mentally)H(igh)3

    I noticed how beautiful the green mountainsides are after the rains

    Pondering how to answer the initial post question of my mental (m6) and fleshly state (f6)

    When God only knows by king & country played

    Holy Spirit reminding me that God only knows why I am in those states

    God only knows how to help me resolve them

    And produce spiritual fruit in each area

    Every reason I have to not be M10F10

    Is an area I can invite God into

    And sow the mustard seed of faith

    That he will help me

    And will not stop helping me

    Until it is good

    God only knows how to love me
