As I was getting mana from the honey volcano
I had an out of body experience
So myself in 3rd person video game (SIMs, GTA, WoW)
Distracted by focusing on the outside of me
Hair, clothes, weight, height, weak, gait, shape, dirt
Made a little distance in my head
Stretching the distance of my mind to my body
How do I know if that avatar feels sick?
I can just keep feeding it
See if it pukes
Otherwise it is fine
Or
I can remove the distance from the body
Go inside
And
Feel
My feet under me
Does it hurt?
What if I check my shoulder range of motion
That hurts
I know what I need to do to have it hurt less
Do it
Will you be happy you fixed it?
No
But you will have more peace from pain than before
How will you know if you have peace if there was no pain?
What does that do to my soul
How does it impact it
Shape it
