After realizing my first love
I was modifying my custom watch band
Added it to my gratitude log..
I made it the same size as my last one
Did not fit perfect
But good enough and was only a minor hindrance
Marks on my wrist from band after taking off
Remind me that I am in unnecessary discomfort… 🔗

About to get up for the restroom from bed
Took a sip of water
Looked at the bag of mixed nuts
Am I hungry or do I want to munch?
I start to snack on it
Put my head back as I was chewing

If it is not serious enough to sit up to eat
