    It is mesmerizing

    We are allowed to watch it

    Without burning our retina

    Unlike the sun

    The light of the word

    Came as a humble drop of the sun

    Of God the Father

    Had the power and authority of God

    Yet came down to be accessible

    To us

    For love

    Respect the ability to destroy

    Take comfort in the warmth

    Feel safe in the light

    Enjoy the show

    Warm the fruit of the spirit

    Woke at 4 and needed to potty

    Anxious about training Zen

    Waited until 5 so we can both potty same time

    Decided not to cuz cold and tired

    Layer back down

    Prayed for strength

    Since it was the Lord’s hour

    The first and best of my day

    Was I malnourished?

    No

    I ate plenty all day yesterday

    Was I mentally exhausted?

    No

    I knew what I could be doing

    No simulations necessary

    Was I spiritually depleted?

    I just had Sabbath Saturday and the Lord’s Day at church

    Twice to volunteer

    It is spiritual battle

    My purpose is under siege

    Just move

    Train potty to reduce marking

    Morning routine

    Recognize the warfare
