    Woke at 4 and needed to potty

    Anxious about training Zen

    Waited until 5 so we can both potty same time

    Decided not to cuz cold and tired

    Layer back down

    Prayed for strength

    Since it was the Lord’s hour

    The first and best of my day

    Was I malnourished?

    No

    I ate plenty all day yesterday

    Was I mentally exhausted?

    No

    I knew what I could be doing

    No simulations necessary

    Was I spiritually depleted?

    I just had Sabbath Saturday and the Lord’s Day at church

    Twice to volunteer

    It is spiritual battle

    My purpose is under siege

    Just move

    Train potty to reduce marking

    Morning routine

    Swirling in despair

    I pray and cry to the Lord to help me

    Open the Bible to Mark of the parable of the tenants killing the son

    1 chronicles of David’s messengers being humiliated by Hanuman

    Isaiah 45:10 to not question the Lord’s Will and He has a plan thru Jesus

    It all points to Jesus

    Jesus was the perfect fruit of the spirit

    Live like Him and produce fruit

    Jesus is the answer
