    When I ran my marathon, I eventually came to the realizations that a certain heart rate is associated improvement and growth

    Therefore, they must be a heart rate for normal relaxed

    Just like curing an addiction is reprogramming the body response to mental stimuli

    If you intentionally move your body, despite your brain signals. Your heart rate will have to follow suit

    I did tai chi on beat(ish). Realized if there was a constant beat it matches each breathe. Duh tai chi. Oh to each movement.
