    I confess my body desires sleep

    At 0525 while brushing moisturizing

    God graced me with the knowledge to not use so much jojoba in hair before bed

    Otherwise it will be itchy and flaky in the middle of the night

    I noticed sleep

    I took it captive

    Suppressed it

    Matthew 26:41
    Where Jesus tells His disciples to "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak"

    Control the flesh

    Sleep is just the flesh

    Respect it as it is needed in this world

    Pay to Cesar what is Cesar

    But the law of sleep is under the authority of God

    Matthew 28:18
    "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me'" (ESV).

    Jesus did not need slept

    Control the flesh

    Do not allow sleep to reveal itself

    Matthew 6:17

    Act as though you are not tired

    Do not neglect it and abuse it

    It still has power

    Frustration

    And bring it to the alter God’s Word
