Not sleep many hours

To awaken groggy

And still tired

When I can move

Freely

Free from pain

Physically

Mentally

Spiritually

What is left is the soul of gratitude

Making the space more comfortable to worship in

To get there more efficiently

To have more time there

To be at my best

To not waste my time being tired there
