    Feel the pain

    Focus and feel what it is attached to

    Experiencing it

    Responding to it

    Explore it

    Stretch it

    Flex it

    Learn its anatomical name

    Learn its purpose

    Learn how it is fueled

    Learn how it is strengthened

    Feel the pain

    Of the shame

    Focus on why it occured

    Focus on what you were doing

    On what you could have done

    On what was out of your control

    On what was not your fault

    On what impact it had how you act now

    On how God has turned it into good

    Do not worry about why

    Do not worry about vengeance of injustice

    Do not worry understanding outside God’s Will

    Focus on feelings in the current second moment and circumstance

    Bring your problems to Jesus

    Baptize them in the Living Water

    Not a fan of my neighbor’s mannerisms

    Constantly question and test
