I remember I wanted to have my 5am God Worship time be candle lit

Strange how a candle has the temp of the sun

Even in a drop of a flame

It is mesmerizing

We are allowed to watch it

Without burning our retina

Unlike the sun

The light of the word

Came as a humble drop of the sun

Of God the Father

Had the power and authority of God

Yet came down to be accessible

To us

For love

Respect the ability to destroy

Take comfort in the warmth

Feel safe in the light
