Judging a book by the cover

Trust in a magic pill

That is too small to see it’s contents

That cannot be mistaken as natural

Bias curiosity suppressed

By promise of healing

By trading your money

By trading your time

By trading by way of money

Yet believe in a magical book

Is a leap

Of faith

Jesus was given

A bad reputation

By people that do not even know Him

By people that say they know Him

Yet do not accept Him as a teacher

Accept Him as real

Accept Him as a healer

Accept Him as a savior

Accept Him as humble

Accept Him as God

Accept Him as the sole Judge

Accept Him as a friend

By people that do not accept His heart

Accept His love

Accept His mercy

Accept His grace

Give Jesus one honest try

One college try

And realize He is not to be feared

He never wanted to be

He just wanted a relationship

With you

Trust in the Lord

You must trust

That it is working

And will not stop working

What it intended

When it entered your body

And pray for its effects
